Hi! My name is Nathalie, but my blog name is Natthie. I’m 32 years old and I live in Sweden, just outside Gothenburg, in the town of Partille, together with my partner and our cat, Pelle.

I’m so happy you found your way here! On this blog, I’ll be sharing everything that’s on my mind—my thoughts, ideas, opinions, and stories from everyday life. This is a personal space where I’ll write about both the little and the big moments that make life interesting.

One of my biggest hobbies is photography, so you can also expect lots of photos. I love capturing beautiful moments, nature, everyday life, and anything else that catches my eye. My camera is rarely far from me!

Today started off pretty quietly. I was really tired, so I ended up sleeping for most of the day. Sometimes your body just needs a little extra rest, and today was definitely one of those days.

Later in the afternoon, I decided to head into the city to look for a new pair of shoes. The sun was shining when I left, and the weather was absolutely beautiful. After looking around for a while, I finally found a pair that I really liked.

I didn’t just come home with new shoes—I also bought a pack of about 20 pairs of socks. Unfortunately, after I had already washed them, I realized I had picked up the wrong size! They were size 35–38, while I normally wear size 39–40. So now I’m keeping my fingers crossed that they’ll still fit. If not, it’ll be a good reminder to double-check the size before buying next time!

After I finished shopping, I had planned to take a 30-minute tram ride to the seaside for a little picnic. It sounded like the perfect way to end the day. But while I was shopping, the weather changed completely. The blue sky disappeared, dark clouds rolled in, and it suddenly started raining.

So instead of enjoying a picnic by the sea, I headed back home. Even though the day didn’t turn out exactly as I had planned, I’m still happy with how it went. I got some much-needed rest, found a new pair of shoes, and hopefully my new socks will fit after all. It also reminded me how quickly the weather can change here on Sweden’s west coast!
